Thanks, Darla. We're looking forward to the challenge!

OCGR is smaller than us but they have been a bit more generous to NaNoWriMo. So if there are some of you who are able to donate and have thought about it but have been putting it off, a little karma would be nice, especially since we are close (and have even taken the lead a couple times already). :-)

Thanks, Heather! Good to hear from you. How is life treating you?
We are now down by 95 words per wrimo. Everyone who has a novel created should try to write at least an additional 100 words to help us bridge this gap!
Can I borrow your hands??? :) i don't have a job, I just hang out at home all day, what else do I have to do but, write. I also don't have children. :) only my feather children and they just sing I their cages.
Just mash the keyboard with your bloody stumps and make sure to put some spaces in there. Remember, they don't have to be real words, they just have to look like words to the computer's word counter.

Lol. :). In that case we should all be doing that. Lol. We're sure to win. :). Only, thing is that some of us need to have published books. And by need, I mean... Need. If I could support myself writing, I would never have a normal job again, or leave the house, it would be my paradise. So, my words need to make a little sense.
Wow, instead of writing on here, I should be writing where it counts. Lol. :)

OMG. If only everyone's "jumps" were 106K. You fabulous unicorn.
Uh oh... Our lead has shrunk to 153 words!
Write, folks, write!
This has got to be one of the nerdiest competitions ever.
Bring it on!

It's completely dead at work today so I should be able to get in some good writing time!
I'm trying but my hands have fallen off. :(
I'm not surprised! I don't know how you lasted this long with that high of a word score. ;)

Thank you for the spirited challenge! OCGR wrimos really pushed themselves to write all those words. The weasels are pleased by everyone's efforts.
P.S. I hope your bloody stumps recover, Mochomito. :)
