I see that the Glen Ellyn library write-ins are Mondays from 3:00-6:00 pm. Is there any chance of extending this a couple of hours, or is anyone planning on staying later than 6:00?
I'd really like to attend this one, but I can't make it until 6:00. I'm guessing we have one of the study rooms reserved, but I don't know if they mind if people stay later or if they need the room for another group or something.
Thanks for your question, Jane! Our write-ins will take place in our large meeting room but due to scheduling and availability we can't extend them past 6:00. You are of course welcome to come to the library and write at whatever time is most convenient. Now that Caribou is closed in Glen Ellyn if local WriMos are looking for a place to mingle please consider visiting the library! We are currently under construction but sometime soon we will have a brand newgroup conversation and study lounge that you would be welcome to use.

I've forwarded your question to Amy Franco of the GEPL who is hosting the write-ins there.

Just to note that I am planning on going out today to the Glen Ellyn library write-in (3-6 pm). I can bring a few prizes for the word wars.
