I would never think to monopolize thisforum to solicit my own personal online Blog, so please my apologies in advance if any offensehowever I wanted to share a very interesting meeting I had this last Saturday evening following our pot-luck kickoff event. I met a now published author in person last nightwho used to be a former NaNoWriMo participant and posted an article on my blog with his story and words of inspiration for making it throughNaNothat really hit home for me and I had to write an article aboutit the very next day. Moreover, Iwanted to share this story with all of you, especially any of you who are new to this like me and are always looking for inspiration and support.
I hope you enjoy this unexpected inspirational story right before NaNo kicks off in less than 5 days {GULP!}. Thank you everyone, best of luck in your writings!
P.S. Do any of you have your own blog pages? Please feel free to share the links to them in the comments section to this forum as I would love to read and follow your musings. Have a great evening everyone!
Sounds like a great day. I love when random events can influence you so greatly. It's like a sign that you are doing what you are supposed to be doing.
Awesome story. I recently met some self-published authors at Fantasticon who were happy to give me some pointers. I'll be posting about it soon on my blog:http://missingthemuse.com.
