Come out to the Blue Box Cafe(176 E Chicago St, Elgin) for a write-in on Sunday, Nov 25th, from 3 to 7 and stick around from 7 to 8 to watch a new episode of Doctor Who, Season 11, Episode 8 "TheWitchfinders".
The Blue Box Cafe website will show them closing at 4pm on Sundays, but when new episodes of Doctor Who are airing, they stay open to after the episode completes.
RSVP in this thread, so we'll know to save seats.

Going to both is the best option. Write with Tim and then head up for little more writing and Doctor Who.
yeah, but that's a lot of driving. Aurora to nichols, nichols to elgin, elgin back home...i've got time to think about it LOL!

The question is, as I've seen 0 of this season, will I be lost? I know the format of the show, which means I'm answering my own question with a "no" but that's only at 70% confidence level. Input from others?

okay I might have to change mine to a maybe based on the weather because I'm being told that there's a storm that's going to be pretty nasty the further north you head on Randall... and it's 40 minutes for me to get to Elgin on a GOOD day....so imagine a snow day...And if it worries my husband too much... Then I might just stay home but I really need to get some writing done
So, we shall see how the weather plays out...even the Aurora FB page says storm warning all day....

Despite the weather, I will be at the Blue Box at 3pm. Let me know if you're planning to brave the pending storm and attend.
Most likely, i'll pass. weather in elgin might not be so good...and even if i left nichols early, it would take me an hour in this weather. it's just rain NOW, but in a few hours? people will be "OMG HOW 2 DRIV IN SNO! OMG! WUT DO? WUT R BRAEKS"

The Blue Box Cafe is closing early because of the storm, so we're packing it up and heading our own ways.
We will need to try this again another time.
