I'm pretty sure I'm going to be at the Caribou Coffee on North Aurora Rd in Naperville on Friday shortly after 1pm. I have to work nearby on Friday until 1pm and as long as my family doesn't drag me out smartphone shopping (seriously, couldn't they wait until December?!), I'll be there.
Update
Carly (thePiratess) and Tim (NewMexicoKid) will also be there likely 1:30-4:30 pm
11 AM, 23 Nov Update
Tim (NewMexicoKid) might be 15 minutes late (arriving 1:45 pm)
I will likely join you. :)

Will you bring your origami plot bunnies?
I'm definitely going to be at Caribou tomorrow, but I might stop to do some *quick* shopping before showing up (the phone I want is actually on sale tomorrow so that may be worth delaying my writing a bit). I'll be using a small, red netbook with a white nanowrimo sticker on it, if anyone looking for me.
I sure will. :)

I'm probably going to be there most of the day, since I'm so far behind. I'll have my little NaNoBot placard on the table. :)

Then I will come out there this afternoon (and I'll bring some nanobots too). :-)
I'm writing in the lobby of my hotel in Ohio while my family sleeps, but I doubt anyone will join me. :)
Maui Sands -- nice place, quiet since the water park isn't functioning yet.
I may join you virtually as I'm about 45 minutes away and am attempting a writing push today.
Have fun there.
Dave
Write Early; Write Often!
Oooh.
On the one hand, I need to do laundry, and am very much behind and should spend more time writing and less time driving.
On the other hand, I get SO much more writing done at write-ins than I do at home, and even if I SAY I'm going to go to my local library/Starbucks/whatever to write, it never happens.
On the OTHER hand, driving all that way on the day BEFORE Thanksgiving turned out to be a decently bad idea, and I'm not convinced that doing the same the day AFTER Thanksgiving would be much wiser.
But on the OTHER hand... NaNoBots AND origami plot bunnies?!? When I'm FINALLY getting to the first scene of awesome in my story and the first reference to squids and it should all be racing out of me just as soon as I pick up my pen, so in theory I'll be writing faster?
...Yeah okay, I'm in. I should have enough time to get most of my laundry done and ice my shoulder before it's time to head down. I'll be there!
That's great, Lisa! Just a note--I may be 15 minutes late (arriving 1:45 pm).
So... I slept until almost 1 today, and then I got roped into shopping. Then I got roped into wrapping presents. Then I got roped into decorating the tree. So! I am JUST NOW settling down (at home) to write. After the lines at Target and the awful drivers, I'm not sure I want to venture out to the Naperville Caribou.

We missed you, Carly. But I will say that the Naperville Caribou isn't as crowded now as it was this afternoon (of course, I've already left and am writing this sitting at home).
We're still here (well, me and Sara) and will probably be here for awhile longer if you want to join.
