And I dearly want people in our region to write this final week of NaNoWriMo, particularly in an effort to draw even with Maryland. So here is my challenge to Naperville-homed folks in our Introduce Yourself thread that feeds our faces graph:

• Post in this thread your current wordcount and your goal of at least 18000 additional words written by the end of November 30 (more is better!)
  


• If you can make that goal by the end of November 30, I will make for you a plot critter! The more words over 18000 you are, the fancier I will be! So if you currently have 10,000 and end up with 28,000, you will win yourself a plot critter! If you currently have 0 and write 18,000, you will get a plot critter! If you have 172,000 and you end up with 214,000, I'll make you two or three special plot critters!

I just updated to 81779 so, let's make that an even 100k for me. I do love a challenge, especially if it involves writing lots of words.

Mine's 36,733. I actually don't plan to write more than 50k but might have to in order to keep up with Squiddish and Piratess, so I might as well sign up.

39515 right now, so 57515... a toughie, but I'll give it a shot. That's just three 5k days, after all... we'll see. :)

Well, if it wasn't, whatever, it still worked. count me in.
The total that I have right now, as of this exact moment, is 175,107 :)
I'm going to win those two/three plot critters >:D No matter what it takes!

35,785 is what I'm at currently, and I've been needing some motivation to play catch-up. Which means 53,785 or more. (I'm pretty sure the only reason I've ever finished NaNo is because I went to Write Ins where I was motivated by buttons, so... shiny things = things I need? Let's find out!)

Okay, I am up for a shot at this. It will be my only shot at a plot critter since I have not been able to schedule any write-ins this year. I started this evening at 43920 so I would need to get to 61920.

Whoo! Guys! So far we have knocked Maryland's lead down over 1,000 words! And that's just in one day! If we keep this up, we'll leave them in our DUST! Keep writing! GOGOGOGOGOGO!
