Please help me choose which novel to write! Vote by midnight Saturday 10/27

Fantastic movie based on a fantastic book. When I read the book for the first time this past spring (after seeing the movie countless times), I was shocked that at the end, all the characters still figured Buttercup was married to Prince Humperdink. The fact that she never said "I do" and that most of the ceremony was skipped just sort of never came up. So I suppose, worst case scenario, you can just turn a blind eye to the loose ends in the novel and fix it when it gets turned into a movie... Hmm. You know, actually, I wouldn't advise that route.

I am glad you went for #3, it was definitely my favorite on the list.

One screams out to me personally as I can relate-not to illegal anything or immigration, but the overcoming self-doubt and claiming a place in the world bits. Definitely interested.
That said, Four is my next option-I may not be able to relate too well, but it definitely caught and held my attention without being developed, never mind written.
My third best is Five, and I'm not even sure why. Maybe it's my own situation, although kind of in reverse with a stepmother involved. I'd like to see how that turned out.

All your pitches look amazing. Two, however, kind of seemed mainstream to me, with monsters and fighting back against repression, etc. Three-again a bit mainstream to me, and I couldn't even remember what it was.......so no interest.
