Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Thank you to CorruptedFlame (Joe) and ThePiratess (Carly) for getting agreement from fellow writers to be at a particular coffee shop weekly during November.

But, what about the rest of you?
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are fairly open. Anyone have a favorite place and want to arrange to be there weekly. Or every-other week even?

Tim, Dave and I can't be at everything, but we don't need to be. Let us know when & where you want to arrange a write-in. You don't have to have prizes. You don't even *have* to have word wars. You just need to show up when you say you are going to, or find someone to cover for you. You can even overlap with other scheduled write-ins, especially if you're at least 10 miles away since most people want to spend November writing, not driving.

If anyone is willing to come out to Sugar Grove or maybe Aurora I'd be willing to host on one of the open days. (: It'd be an evening write-In, perhaps 6-9?

I would definitely be interested in a Sugar Grove area write in.

Score! I'll see if I can't get something set up. If nothing else, we can just pop into the Sugar Grove library and use one of the small study rooms, since I can't imagine tooo many people would make it out our way.

Sounds good, hopefully we can get something scheduled. Unfortunately, the SG Library cut their hours again this year and close at 8:00 now instead of 9:00.

I guess I'll throw Thursday mornings at the Caribou in Wheaton out there to see if anyone's interested. I'll probably be here from 11-2pm most Thursdays.

Would the new McDonalds be a possibility? They are open later. I live in Sandwich and Sugar Grove would be convenient either coming home from work or just driving up there.

I live in Aurora and could do one any of those three nights. Wed or Fri seem the most empty.
I get off work at 6 so it'd be about 6:30 to close.
Would the Caribou off Eola and Indian Trail work for anyone?

I can be there until at least 8:30 PM. Want me to go ahead and schedule them? I can make every Friday but the day after Thanksgiving.

Do you want me to add them to the schedule? Every Thursday except for Thanksgiving?

Including November 1st? (Which would make you the first write-in host instead of me.)

Oh I totally forgot about Thanksgiving. Am I doing both Wed and Fri? I'm not quite sure what my schedule for work will be concerning Black Friday, but all the other weeks will be ok.

Only if you want to. If you'd like to start with Fridays, and see how that goes, that's fine.
If you plan on being there anyway to write, then go ahead and plan for both days.

How about this? Wed I forgot I get off at 4 (it starts next week) so I can do 430-830 at that Caribou (1147 North Eola Road Aurora, IL) and Friday's we can shift to the starbucks off of Eola and Ogden (2575 Ogden Ave, Aurora, IL) because they're open until 9. So I could be there 6:20ish-9:00pm. And sure I'd love to schedule on the 30th. That's always fun to either be furiously typing or celebrating.
